The Artist Behind the Work
My interest in film and visual effects started early, driven by cinematic worldbuilding in movies, which grew into a passion for creating CG environments and cinematic key art, such as posters and atmosphere-driven imagery.
I am currently studying Media Design at Grafisch Lyceum Rotterdam, specializing in 3D environments, cinematic imagery, and immersive design. My work focuses on building worlds and translating them into strong, mood-driven images through lighting, composition, rendering, and compositing.
I use a range of 3D and compositing tools to develop environments, build procedural systems, and create final cinematic images and key art. This includes software such as Houdini for procedural work, Nuke for compositing, and Photoshop for final image refinement and poster design.
I previously studied film for a year, which shaped my understanding of cinematography, composition, and storytelling, and continues to influence how I approach environments and image-making today.
